Access is granted by listing an email in the Worker's ADMIN_USERS list. This tool only handles account creation + emailing a password-setup link — it does not grant access by itself.
Creates an account for each email if one doesn't already exist, then emails a link to set/reset their password. Safe to re-run — existing accounts are left untouched, they just get another email.
Rewrites every existing customer, account, order, and donation's street address and city to Capitalized Case (e.g. "123 MAIN ST NW" → "123 Main St NW"). New orders, donations, signups, and admin edits are already normalized automatically going forward — this just cleans up everything from before that. Safe to re-run; only changes records that actually need it.
Looks up PayPal's real per-transaction fee for every existing PayPal order/donation that doesn't have it recorded yet (orders charged before this feature existed), so the Accounting Report's "PayPal Actual" and "Net" columns are accurate for older records too. New PayPal payments already record this automatically going forward. Safe to re-run; only fills in what's missing.
